Over the past 30 years, we have operated across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, power generation, and aircraft seating. In the last decade, we have concentrated significantly on the oil and gas industry, gaining expertise in machining downhole steering systems, including steering bodies, steering pads, clamp plates, flow diverters, impellers, and stators. More recently, we have expanded into renewable energy markets, including wind and marine applications.

We operate from a modern 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, where our comprehensive on-site capabilities encompass milling, turning, wire erosion, spark erosion and grinding. We utilise over 30 machines from renowned manufacturers such as Mazak, Makino, Charmilles, Robbi, Haas, and Jones & Shipman. Additionally, we offer ancillary services like induction brazing, bead blasting, and part cleaning.
